Shipping

Shipping is done via regular mail, with the shipment leaving our warehouses within 1 business day after purchase confirmation. The carrier usually takes 3 business days to deliver within Portugal and up to 9 business days for international deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a code with your order number. Tracking will be available from order preparation to delivery to the carrier. From that point on, real-time tracking is only possible for express deliveries.

Transportation Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery location. However, if the purchase is made through Instagram and the total exceeds R$ 9.50, shipping is on us.
